What Is Testosterone?

Why Do Testosterone Levels Decline With Age?

Resistance training and regular physical activity support testosterone levels in older men. Chronic heavy alcohol use has been associated with lower testosterone levels. Managing conditions like sleep apnea, type 2 diabetes, and chronic pain with non-opioid alternatives (where possible) removes suppressors that mimic age-related decline.
