Accessibility Summary

Our mission at Marek Diagnostics is to make a more accessible web space for our team, our clients, and our visitors.

One in four adults in the United States has a disability that impacts their ability to interact with the online world. At Marek Diagnostics, we are deeply committed to making our digital presence usable by people of all abilities.

Accessibility at Marek Diagnostics

We have structured our website to allow those of all abilities to easily and quickly find the information they need.

Ongoing Efforts to Improve Accessibility

Our site follows Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) version 2.2 Level AA Success Criteria (and where possible Level AAA) and the latest ICT Refresh (Section 508) guidelines as they apply to the web as our primary goal. These guidelines include internationally agreed-upon standards and ICT Refresh Compliance Criteria that cover a wide range of recommendations and best practices for making content highly accessible and aligning with the principles of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). We continually apply these guidelines to our designs, code, and media as new content and pages are created for our website.

Testing of our platform is based on checking conformance with WCAG 2.0/2.1/2.2 criteria, Section 508 Refresh, ADA principles, and overall usability of the website for individuals with disabilities using Assistive Technology (AT).

Method

The site pages were tested with Color and Evaluation tools, multiple browsers, and a screen reader against WCAG 2.0/2.1/2.2 criteria, ADA principles, and Section 508 Refresh Standards. This includes both automated and manual procedures.

Result

Overall, the core templates and current primary user flows of the website have been rigorously evaluated and remediated to substantially conform to WCAG 2.2 Level AA Guidelines as of June 23, 2026, by digital accessibility consultant Matthew Dempsey. While we strive for comprehensive accessibility, Shopify is a highly dynamic e-commerce environment integrated with third-party applications. We view accessibility as an ongoing effort and continuously monitor our platform to identify and mitigate newly discovered barriers as new content is added.
